Terms of Service.

1. The service
EB-1 Portfolio Builder provides software tools — a questionnaire, strategy plan, guided steps, audio tutorials, templates, examples, and upload guidance — that help you prepare your own EB-1 portfolio. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and using the platform does not create an attorney–client relationship. Your final petition should always be reviewed by a qualified immigration attorney.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You own the documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, display and process them solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the material you provide and for its accuracy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, misuse other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to submit false or fraudulent information to any government authority.
5. No outcome guarantee
Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. We make no promise or guarantee about the outcome of any petition, and strategy plans and guidance are informational tools, not predictions.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid features, prices, and billing terms are presented in the app at purchase. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores' terms.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure you may export your documents for a period stated in the app.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
