What this evidence category means in practice
A job title rarely tells the whole story. EPB uses interactive questions to document decision-making authority, responsibility, measurable dependence on the applicant's work, organisational reputation and corroboration from records beyond a résumé.
EPB does not treat a file name or a short answer as the finished record. Its intelligent follow-up questions help identify who created the record, when it was created, what it proves, what context is missing and which independent source may corroborate it.
Records worth looking for
- Employment, appointment and role records
- Organisation charts, governance documents and project responsibilities
- Performance, revenue, delivery or operational evidence connected to the role
- Independent material establishing the organisation or unit's reputation
Keep original files where possible. Record the source, date, author or issuing body and a short factual note explaining what each item demonstrates.
Questions EPB asks—and why
- What outcomes, decisions or operations depended on your work?
- Who can verify the scope without relying on title alone?
- What records demonstrate the organisation's distinguished reputation?
These questions are designed to expose missing context early. Clear answers help EPB build a fact-based evidence map and allow an attorney to spend more time on professional legal review rather than reconstructing years of background information.
Common documentation gaps
- Senior title without proof of actual responsibility
- Organisation reputation assumed rather than documented
- Team outcomes claimed without isolating the applicant's role
A gap does not automatically mean that a category is unavailable. It identifies what still needs clarification, recovery or independent corroboration. EPB reports unresolved points honestly rather than turning assumptions into facts.
What EPB produces from your information
- A criterion evidence map connecting claims to documents and sources.
- A third-person critical evaluation separating supported facts, strengths and unresolved gaps.
- An evidence-based criterion thesis explaining how the documented material fits together.
- An organised portfolio that your independent attorney can review efficiently.
